In matters of occupational health and safety, SMC Geomatics sets an objective of zero workplace incidents.  We recognize that the use of PPE is not a satisfactory solution to a hazard and that it is only a last resort shield to protect the worker. Furthermore, we aim to eliminate, at the source, all risks and/or dangers. The  methods used by SMC Geomatics include, among others:

Site specific hazard assessment, elimination and mitigation of risks;

Ensuring that employees are well informed and respect the legislation related to occupational health and safety;

 Providing the framework to reduce occupational health and safety risks.
